SHIPPING POLICY
We are located in Richmond, Rhode Island. Our rabbitry is closed and can only be accessible by appointment. If you choose to adopt from us we will set up an appointment for you to come pick up your newest family member. If distance is a problem please reach out, we can make arrangements. Many times we are able to make local deliveries for a small fee or meet the buyer part way. All rabbits must be picked up by their leave date unless other arrangements have been made. Any rabbit not picked up will be placed back up for adoption the following day and no refund will be given unless approved by us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Deposits are non refundable, unless arrangements have been made with us. Every rabbit that leaves our rabbitry is to the best of our knowledge healthy and well cared for. We do not take responsibility for rabbits that are no longer in our care and we strongly urge you to read our rabbit care sheet and look to other resources before making what could be a ten year commitment. If at any time life happens and you can no longer care for your rabbit we will happily take him/her back into our care but no refund will be given. Our rabbits are not a source of income, we keep them and show them out of love and much of the adoption fee goes right back into caring for our rabbits.
*Sexing rabbits can be very tricky even for an expert eye. As often as we have checked genders we still make mistakes. Gender is not guaranteed and we do not make refunds on this factor alone. We reserve the right to deny any applicant that we do not think would be the right fit for our rabbits. If this should happen a full refund will be given.
